- Wholemeal pasta
- Mozzarella buffala
- Cherry tomatoes and sun-dried tomatoes in oil
- Pitted black olives
- Red onions
- Blanched and peeled almonds
- Fresh basil
- Cured ham
- Olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper
- Cook the pasta al dente and leave to cool.
- Halve the cherry tomatoes.
- Finely chop the red onions.
- Add the whole pitted olives and almonds.
- Assemble as shown in the photo or serve cold immediately.
