Catering - Recipe : Italian-style pasta salad

The teams of cooks in our catering division have decided to share with you the recipe for one of the dishes they have prepared and made available for tasting in the restaurants of the Hôpitaux Robert Schuman.

Today, our team brings you its recipe for Italian-style pasta salad:

Ingredients:

  • Wholemeal pasta
  • Mozzarella buffala
  • Cherry tomatoes and sun-dried tomatoes in oil
  • Pitted black olives
  • Red onions
  • Blanched and peeled almonds
  • Arugula
  • Fresh basil
  • Cured ham
  • Grisini

Steps:

Dressing

  • Olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper

Preparation:

  • Cook the pasta al dente and leave to cool.
  • Halve the cherry tomatoes.
  • Finely chop the red onions.
  • Add the whole pitted olives and almonds.
  • Assemble as shown in the photo or serve cold immediately.
