Founded in 2001 by the Fondation Hôpitaux Robert Schuman, which is the sole shareholder, Santé Services has the primary mission of coordinating the welfare activities of the Hôpitaux Robert Schuman (HRS). Faced with the urgent needs of health professionals for personal protective equipment from the start of the COVID-19 health crisis, Santé Services diversified its activities, in particular to ensure the supply of essential items for the Hôpitaux Robert Schuman (HRS) and for health professionals. Other activities include project management and the implementation of advanced logistics solutions in the health sector, as well as a catering service and a center for innovation promotion and technology watch.

Collaboration / Donations / Sponsoring

One of Santé Services’ core values is to provide quality equipment for healthcare professionals and other stakeholders, enabling them to work in a safe environment. With this in mind, we have been donating equipment and personal protective equipment, as well as sponsoring public events, since the beginning of the COVID-19 crisis.

  • Humanitarian project in Morocco

Santé Services is pleased to have been able to participate in the solidarity project of Redouane, a nurse at Robert Schuman Hospitals, who will be going to Morocco to help people in need, distributing food parcels and school kits in remote villages with no water or electricity.

  • #StandwithUkraine

Santé Services provided logistical support at cost price to the LUkraine ASBL association in its solidarity project for victims of the war in Ukraine.

  • IWTP – International Women’s Tennis Promotion.

MedLogistics provides, free of charge, for the needs of the organizer, volunteers and during the tournament (3,000 Made in Luxembourg surgical masks, 3,000 Made in Luxembourg FFP2 masks with the “LuXembourg let’s make it happen” logo, 100 hydroalcoholic gels).

  • Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce (January 2022)

Santé Services provided all the FFP2 masks for the Luxembourg delegation on the Chamber of Commerce’s HealthTech Mission for the official trip to Dubai during the Arab Health in January 2022.

  • Teamgym Luxembourg (September 2021)

The TeamGym European Championships are one of Europe’s youngest gymnastics events and take place every two years. The first European TeamGym competition – then called Euroteam – took place in Finland in 1996 and the first official TeamGym European Championships in Sweden in 2010, which also included junior teams.

  • Rockhal – Because Music Matters (January 2021)

For this event, Santé Services donated 3,000 Made in Luxembourg Surgical Masks and 100 customized Made in Luxembourg FFP2 Masks to the Rockhal.

  • Francofolies Esch-sur-Alzette (June 2021)

For this event, Santé Services donated to the town of Esch-sur-Alzette 7,000 Made in Luxembourg surgical masks and 1,000 customized Made in Luxembourg FFP2 masks.

  • Skoda Tour du Luxembourg (September 2021)

Donation of 500 Made in Luxembourg surgical masks and 50 Made in Luxembourg FFP2 masks.

  • BGL BNP Paribas Luxembourg Open (September 2021)

Santé Services donated 5,000 Made in Luxembourg Surgical Masks, 3,000 Made in Luxembourg Personalized FFP2 Masks and 150 Hydroalcoholic Gels to the BGL to enable the tournament to take place despite the health regulations in force.

  • Institut Pasteur

Institut Pasteur is an international biomedical research center and received 815,000 Made in Luxembourg Surgical Masks, 177,000 Made in Luxembourg Children’s Surgical Masks and 28,800 Made in Luxembourg FFP2 Masks.

  • Agence du Bénévolat

The “Agence du Bénévolat” is a center for consultation, information and exchange for all volunteers as well as for the general public.

Collaboration

Santé Services also collaborates with Hôpitaux Robert Schuman in the organization and logistics of medical conferences and webinars on health-related topics, organized by its Communication Department in close collaboration with doctors and medical staff. The aim of these medical events is always to inform and raise awareness among the general public on a specific medical topic.
