Santé Services is honored to have contributed to this great victory with its homemade cakes, which were sold at the HRS teams’ charity stands. A big thank you to the captains, volunteers, and everyone involved in this heartfelt collective effort.

Thanks to this collective energy, €10,852 was raised for the Fondation Cancer Luxembourg, which supports research, support, and awareness.

We are proud to be collaborating with the Robert Schuman Hospitals on the “Healthy Regional Seasonal” initiative!

Presented last Wednesday in the presence of the Minister for Health and Social Security and the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Viticulture, this initiative aims to incorporate more products from Luxembourg agriculture into the meals served to patients and staff.

This is a great example of our shared commitment to public health and food sovereignty.

Yesterday, onLuxembourg Local Food Day 𝐉𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞́𝐞 𝐝𝐮 𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐨𝐢𝐫 𝐥𝐮𝐱𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐨𝐢𝐬, Santé Services pulled out all the stops to treat employees, patients, and even ministers visiting the Robert Schuman Hospitals!

On the menu:

  • Wild garlic soup
  • Asparagus with warm mayonnaise
  • Goat’s cheese and tomato clafoutis
  • Mini beef burgers
  • Pork tenderloin with our own version of Gromperekichelcher
  • Beef parmentier
  • Apple tartlets
  • Crème brûlée
  • Fromage blanc with beetroot and honey

A big thank you to our amazing kitchen team, who go above and beyond every day to provide delicious, local, and varied meals for all our employees.

On Wednesday, in the presence of Martine Hansen, Minister for Agriculture, Food and Viticulture, and Martine Deprez, Minister for Health and Social Security, the Robert Schuman Hospitals presented their new initiative, “Healthy – Regional – Seasonal.”

The aim is to incorporate more Luxembourg agricultural products into our kitchens, with a focus on short supply chains, quality, and seasonality.

In terms of figures, this has already resulted in significant progress:

  • Local eggs: from 12% to 82%
  • Luxembourg pork: from 72.4% to 79.1%
  • Local beef: from 53.3% to 68.6%
  • Fresh potatoes: from 47% to 66.5%
